Deni received her B.A. in Political Science from Seattle Pacific University before receiving a Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School (and is nearly finished with an M.A. in Faith and Culture). She homeschools the kids and enjoys guiding their educational and personal growth.
Chris was born in Los Angeles but grew up in L.A., Dallas, TX and Las Vegas, Nevada. He’s been serving in ministry for more than 25 years, serving as a ruling elder in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) and the Orthodox Presbyterian Church (OPC) prior to ordination as a Minister in the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church (ARPC). He received a Juris Doctor of law from Trinity Law School (05) and a Masters Degree from Trinity Graduate School (TIU-TEDS) in Deerfield Il., just outside Chicago (08). He’s currently working on an M.div at Fuller Theological Seminary.
After college he was hired by the international legal department of World Vision International where he worked on child protection cases, human rights violations, human trafficking and the administration of the World Vision trademark in more than 100 countries.
Since then he’s been called to work in public ministry having served in many churches, most recently being called in January 2018 to Pastor Graceview Presbyterian Church.
When he was younger he worked in television and music working on “The People’s Court”, “Jeopardy”, “Top of the Pops” and “Soul Train”. He’s been nominated twice for Dove Awards by the Gospel Music Association and twice received Los Angeles Music Awards. He was the host of the live “Apologetics.com” radio program on KKLA 99.5 FM in Los Angeles for 16 years dealing with the relationship between the Christian faith and culture.
